    Hello @finchy2004 When loading up your save file the game ran fine for me. Can we ask if you have any custom graphics/logos/skins installed? If so, can you please remove them.     Thank you, we will review further. There is a slight workaround - if you set up an international friendly in March, before the Playoff Final, then you will be able to select a squad for that and then will be able to carry over the team into the Playoff Final squad submission.
