  1. I have been playing this save for quite awhile, I recently moved to Italy I have won everything domestically, but keep falling short in the champions league. I outperform xg by about 20 goals in the league, which means I got lucky. I find the team to be very streaky when it comes to goals. how can I adjust the team to create more consistent high quality chances?

I have been using the 433, I think the Pressing forward is the best role just about for the players I have. My left back is my strongest full back, but the right back is still pretty solid in attack.

My IF is my main goal threat.

I have been using the halfback as I think it will let the full backs attack more often. I am struggling to solve the puzzle of the front 4 and the advanced playmaker. does anyone have any tips how to make them more effective?

I think woo might be the missing piece, but might need to change tactic to get the most out of him. PS, my best CM's are all left footed.

My Assman still thinks Hamidi can be a 5 star player. I am not so sure. Screenshot2023-07-11at19_17_46.thumb.png.5469f181f0b45684239884c44affde89.png

P.S. I have no idea how crusader and the like outline their posts so nice.

Someone has said that it’s probable that only an iPad Air pro would run this type of save which would suck as there really expensive. Only way to find out would be if somebody ran tests

You don't really need the pro to run FM. I'd say any ipad in the last few years has more than enough horsepower to run the game.

If you are a value focused customer, try to acquire the ipad via the apple refurbishment store on their website, it's a good bit cheaper. The smart money would be to try and acquire the ipad air with the m1 chip, normally the refurbishment is about 20% cheaper.

  3. The data hub is a bit like how the 'Internet is the world's greatest library but all the books are in the floor'

I think data needs to better represented to the player. With the analysts giving you information related to the point they make. For example of you are taking low quality shots, what is causing the shots to be low quality.

I also think recruitment analysis needs to be more impactful.

  4. I feel that it is Microsoft that is behind this. Fm touch could just as easily work on the PlayStation. But as soon as you take the MS$ brand it with xbox and remove it from the two biggest pc gaming market places, it won't be coming back.

Why can't you make an orphaned version of FM touch, for us players on Macintosh, Linux etc? Rather than forcing us into the Microsoft ecosystem. We don't need cross play or azure support.

  5. Scout reports are pretty good, and detailed.  ability stars, potential stars and an alphabetical rating.

But I feel they are a little bit inaccurate. Especially for potential in younger players. They also seem to undervalue potential of older players.

I've had a hard time building a team of younger players in this FM as they invariably wind up not having enough room to grow after a glowing recommendation from my scouts.

What can I do to scout player potential more accurately.

I've been mostly signing players relreased or sold cheaply by the big teams at around 22-25 and have found these players to develop quite a lot.

On fm19 the Cwb cross from the byline and not on fm 22.

Be careful with that. What it lists and what it does I checked it in fm21. The have the same instructions but are marked differently e.g., advanced forward on fm21 has 'get further forward' marked as an instruction but fm22 doesn't explicitly Mark it on.

The only instruction that I changed was to have the b2b shooting less often.

  7. I think in that save I had absolute ballers in the full back roles. I don't remember why the defensive line was staggered I think it was to get the left sided centre back to get further forward and support the DM in other variant of the tactic which used a regista.

I will use try the regular wing backs and the dip on support.

I will probably invert the front 5 from your idea. My best B2B is left footed and all of my Mez are right footed.

For the front 3 my AML is by far my best player in terms of performances and ability. I feel the AMR's are more natural goal-scorers but it is not reflected in their performances.

  8. I have been playing something of a journeyman save, but I have wound up at Aberdeen, I have managed to win the league 3 years in a row, but have been unable to make the progress I want in Europe. I want to try and be competitive in the cups.  I rebuilt the team this year and I still feel that the tactic or the players are inconsistent.

My front 3 seem to become isolated and deliver poor performances, the attacking midfielder right is particularly poor.

This was the system I used in FM21, I know it doesn't look very sexy but let me assure you it produces scintillating football in FM21, It doesn't quite work in FM22. Disclaimer the players in fm21 are quite a bit better than I have in 22.
