[Player Attributes not increasing]

FM20. Second season and a year of having the player.

He scores every week. Id of expected his finishing to go up, even by 1.

How about those graphs I asked? What they show?

You can't compare if he was in different team or with differenet coaches. Can you go to his profile in your save, then to develoment, and see the graphs of how his attributes moved over time when you mark them?

If he really hasn't progressed at all and he has potential then you are probably doing something wrong. It would be helpful to post profiles of your coaches then and how you assigned them.

I have a shot of Boadu a year or so in for an AI team. shooting reason from 13 to 16 within a year.

 

Im a year on and remain 13.  individual training rotated on shoot, final third etc and nothing moves.

I think im missing the fundamentals on how to develop a player

Reading a lot about mentoring, maybe as their is a lack of leaders at Arsenal the mentoring is having zero impact?!

I need help understanding why none of my players attributes dont increase. I am currently Arsenal, have top coaches and great training facilities.  

i have taken control of individual training, assigned mentoring groups and yet none of my players stats increase, not even by one point!! This despite great form and fairly successful season.

Examples

Myron Boadu. Scores every week, kids on fire yet none of his stats improve. I get the little green arrows but no actual stats change.

Same player in other saves where ive not signed him. The AI teams manager to dramatically change his stats after a year or two.

Gets enough playing time, scores goals, got the best coaches and i regularly change the individual training.

Am i missing something ?? !!
