[Unrealistic sacking]

Wow that is absolutely crazy! What i have noticed is that there are a lot of features and mechanics in this game that are pointless or broken simply because they lack context, it's like they just wanted to get as many "features" on mobile but did not build the rules properly hence what you experienced with the boards of Tottenham and Everton

[Transfer mechanic very unrealistic]

I have been playing fm games for over 10 years and I must say that this is the worst transfer mechanic I have ever seen. 

Firstly, the AI has a massive advantage as you will always have to overpay for players regardless of transfer status, while the AI will underpay you regardless also. It's basically fighting an uphill battle to even get a fair deal which is impossible. 

Also, it makes no sense that just any bid from any team no matter how ridiculous unsettles your player, there is no context taken into consideration.....  how is it that In january am 1st in the league with man utd and through in the champions league and rashford who is top goal scorer and in pole position, is unsettled by an arsenal who are 7th and in the europa,  having features is pointless without the right context!

This. "normal market forces" is partially true but the AI clearly has a MASSIVE advantage. You always overpay to get the player you want, listed or not. The low bid dynamic you talk about is also nonsense because it works for the AI to unsettle your players, if you do it and get opp. player unsettled, you just end up getting bidded up by other suddenly interested clubs. 

Another thing how is it that I am 1st in the league with man utd and through in the champions league and rashford who is top goal scorer and in pole position, is unsettled by an arsenal who are 7th and in the europa "normal market forces"? Hahaha please!
