im tempted to start a U.D Almeria save in LaLiga2 , they have a sugar daddy owner, but listed as willing to listen to offers, whats the deal with this, will he just sell up? and is he looking to sell irl

so , almeria have a new saudi owner, thought it load up a game to try get them into la liga , seems in they have a forground sugar daddy!. but it says on the select team page owner willing to listen to offers? how is this ? can i load up the editor and make him want to stay? is he looking for a way out irl too?
