this is a championship player i signed at the beginning of the season. he was transfer listed at ready for 6.75mil, in under 12 months, look at his increases. hes now a wonderkid

this is my training rating. everyone is training good, even players that are older and not even playing..i dont think Sam Surridge has even kicked a ball this season

Wow game changer. Just stumbled across your training points. Seems i have been doing it all wrong.

So basically you,

• Let assman take over general training and don't use any schedules (how important are assman attributes)?
• Take over individual training and set them all to default position (when do you manually set to a certain position? I see some that aren't default playing)
• Pick a focus based on what stats you feel should be improved
• Double intensity?
• Hire 4 fitness coaches (2 for each category). Should you hire more?
• Have assman and other coach (or yourself) just pick up the remaining categories regardless of star rating

Did I miss anything out? Also would appreciate a DM for the discord channel
