Old player databases from ireland can this be done?

[Number of dates set in stage 0 of the competition is 2 but should equal 38]

Iv been struggling with this issue for a few days, I can't seem to figure it out. I know its an issue where the league finishes and the top teams go into a playoff or so I think is not matching up.

 

File is uploaded for review if anyone can help, Furthermore.. how do I add an extra under level at national level would like to add an u18 squad to the rep of ireland. Thanks in advance.
