International management has been neglected for years anyway. A unique World Cup in Qatar was the perfect chance to actually do some imporvements to it but SI haven't bothered with it. It is not a loss to the game in its current state.

I am at a point now where every single goal feels like a second phase set piece goal, for an against. It's ruined it for me and I am gonna have to shelve the game now. The "most polished version ever" gets the least play time I have ever had in an FM game.

Every time I click on it I get a black screen

Tried to get into a new save but just can't as almost every goal conceded begins from a throw in. The game has been the least enjoyable of all time for me, back to an older version I go whilst I wait for FM25. If this version was supposed to be the "most polished version yet" then who knows what FM25 is gonna be like.

I have many, many fewer hours in this FM than I have previous. I just can't find the motivation to play the game after being let down by SI's promise of "the most polished version of the game to date". It's really sad that the game gets worse every year. I cannot actually remember the last time a new feature was added that a) worked or b) was any good. This year we had actual fixes marketed as headline features, and still didn't work. For me, that is unforgivable. I have finally given up on SI.

Perhaps his touch is that bad his argument is that he cannot do what you are asking him to do, hence the displeasure? Interactions have been woeful for years anyway, there should be a way to discuss with the player why you want them to work on something in training, how it benefits them and the team etc

Are we gonna get any comment on the now broken post match data analysis?

My first game back since the update and I have also got this. Most polished version ever.

Just to add to to the rubbish that press conferences are and always have been: Yes, I would swap my Uruguayan second divison striker for Erling Haaland. Stop asking me every time he scores a goal. y

The fact that this is even being debated shows how poor the release was. The game should be fully ready on release day, after a beta period. Having to wait a month for the "headline features" (which really are just bug fixes from the last 5+ years of FM) to possibly be implemented is scandalous.

So after a month of the game being out we will get a patch that may or may not contain the headline features that were marketed this year?

So because the issues aren't happening to you everyone should just shut up and play the game? Right, thanks for your input, don't quote me again as I will not reply.

One positive to come from this ridiculous release is that I have managed to get the 5xg in a match achievement for the first time ever

Why would the 3 attacking players left forward here just all stand together like this? Just one of the many small things that is really poor. IRL they would be nice and spread out ready for the counter.
