[Football Manager 2021 Official Feedback Thread]

There are so many 32-33+ year old players, even transferred to new teams doing great. One great example is Ibra. In my POV, football changed a lot in this sense in comparison to 90s. However I feel like, in the game 32 and over fade so quickly. I feel like adapting this in the game can make it feel more realistic.

[Player Aging - A recommendation for the game]

I have been a FM player since the day I know it exists. I am 36 now. One thing that catches my eye in today's football is that in comparison to the late 90s or early 2000s, the players stay in the game longer. There are so many players in the top teams playing  from 33 to 36, 37 even. I am looking at Real Madrid for example, Modric is 35, Ramos is 34 and Benzema is 33. They are the leading players of a champion team. In the game however, the players especially after 32 drop significantly so quickly. This, in my opinion is something that shall change for the game in the future.
