International management does feel like an after thought tbh.

A very comprehensive and thought provoking post.

They best thing I found about managing club and international at the same time was, if you give a player a cap for the first time, he instantly like you. Which makes it much easier to sign him for your club.

It is I guess, but I have a problem with the term, 'Team Leader'. 

For me thats someone who has good leadership skills, professional, able to lead by example and from the front. Hence the 'Leadership' attribute.

Gazza was popular but not a team leader.

I get what you're saying, but what's the point of having a leadership stat that doesn't reflect whether or not a player is a team leader?

And for some bizarre reason, the 'Leadership' attribute has nothing to do with being a team leader

Couldn't agree more with this. Who wants to be worrying about your job, health and loved ones IRL and then turn on football manager whilst in lockdown to escape it to find your star striker is isolating due to Covid19?

I appreciate SI pride themselves on trying to reflect the real world in their games but lets hope they leave Corona virus out of it. After all gaming is ment to be a fun form of escapism. Just my opinion.

NETWORK Game Issue

myself and a friend have been playing online for years with no issues yet since the Epic update, my friend is unable to join our old network game saves on FM20. I have even just created a new game to test it and yet still he cant join our game. I even went as far as reinstalling Steam. We are NOT on Epic and have not joined it. It is through Steam as normal. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas???
