i think the brexit rules are broken, as in the screenshot british leagues should use the 17 foreign players limit instead of work permit but in my save with aston villa every non english player requires a work permit to sign.

i hade the same rules as you, do you know if the forreign players still need to apply for work permit?  and if so did you understand what the rules are to get one because it doesn't seem very specific.
