  1. Staff Anders Haugen Rønning As can be seen from the attached link, the current goalkeeper coach, Anders Haugen Rønning, was in a split position as goalkeeper coach AND mental coach. In the article, it appears that in addition to coaching qualifications, he has master's education as a sports psychologist. I Propose he has higher "mental" stats on the game to reflect this in game. Players Morten Lysakerrud As can be seen from the attached link, Morten Lysakerrud can play both centre-back and left-back. He has played in both positions at youth level for both club and country. The player himself says in the article that he prefers to play as a wingback, but in the game he is only a centre-back. https://www.itromso.no/sport/til/i/GM8kaJ/ukjente-morten-16-fra-slettaelva-debuterte-paa-landslaget-til-hoesten-venter-viktig-overgang Transfers: Daniel Bassi As can be seen from the attached link, Tromsø Idrettslag has a resale clause at approximately 20% value on Daniel Bassi, in game there is no such clause. https://www.an.no/hva-tror-du-de-royker-der-oppe-pa-romssa-arena/o/5-4-1798805 Isak Vådebu On the overview of which sales clauses the club (Tromsø Idrettslag) has, Isak Vådebu's clause of 20% is listed twice. Not sure if this is just a graphical bug or if it's going to kick in as twice 20 if the player is sold.
  2. The "fee" is reported to be set at NOK 0,- (yes, zero, not a typo) but with a re-sale clause.
  3. After the first season in the game, 2022, the current rights holder [Discovery] will lose the rights to broadcast the Eliteserien. TV2 has secured the rights to show Norway's two top leagues [Eliteserien and OBOS] in the period 2023 to 2028 - And as part of this agreement there will be a larger pot of money distributed among the participating teams. This deal was announced in 2020, but I don't see any change in the prize money in the Eliteserien, even after playing four seasons.
  4. I simply care that the game should reflect reality as closely as possible. I simply point out things that stand out to me while playing the beta. You are right in this case, Ola Solbakken's transfer has not yet been confirmed, I must have seen a mistake in the newspaper. But when I checked it up I saw that he said he will be playing abroad next season and since there is a feature in the FM that a player "will leave when his contract expires" - I agree with you that it largely represents reality. Teamwork makes dreamwork
  5. Given that many Norwegian clubs have incoming and outgoing transfers that trigger in January 2023, Ola Solbakken in Bodo/Glimt should have a letter of intent ready to sign with AS Roma when his contract expires
  6. In-game Tromso (Norway) does not have a head of youth development, but in reality Robin Bergfeld was hired in this position at the end of last year https://no.linkedin.com/in/robin-bergfald-aaa001100 https://www.nordlys.no/robin-forlater-glimt-til-fordel-for-lederjobb-i-til-pa-sikt-skal-vi-bli-det-beste-akademiet/s/5-34-1556523
  7. In the article, he also mentions that he knows Jens Hjertø-Dahl and Runar Norheim from before, which can be entered as relationships.
  8. I could find any firm numbers confirming this, but based pictures and watching him play this season i think Norheim is way to small in the current build of the game. As you can see in the attached picture, he is about the same height and width as center backs Anders Jenssen and Casper Øyvann, and slightly shorter than Lasse Nordås. I think that a good estimate would be that Runar Norheim is approximately 185cm tall.
  9. As it appears from this article, Jonas Monsen is 185 cm tall and large for his age, which should perhaps be reflected in his physical attributes. Furthermore, he himself says that "I mostly played centrally in the midfield. I can also play centre-back and have played some in a somewhat more offensively oriented role (indreløper), so those three positions, but mostly centrally". So perhaps he should also have an affinity for playing centre-back. https://www.itromso.no/sport/til/i/O8pw2l/17-aaring-forlater-glimt-for-aa-komme-til-alfheim-hadde-et-veldig-oenske-om-aa-komme-hit
  10. Yes, I agree that the article may have a bias and will paint Bodo/Glimt as a buying club, but at the same time it is a recognized journalist in the region. Furthermore, as I said, there are several other newspapers and journalists who mention the high salary of both Patrick Berg, Marius Lode and Albert Grønnbak - including Børre Arntzen who is a sports journalist in Bodo's local newspaper (Avisa Nordland). The problem with many of those articles is just that they are behind a paywall. I therefore chose to include an open article, despite possible prejudice, but I could just as easily have used this article from the sports bible, but in the world of journalism, Rune Robertsen is a bit more reputable then them when it comes to northern Norwegian clubs. https://sportsbibelen.no/sjokkrykter-hevder-flere-bodo-glimt-spiller-tjener-naermere-10-mill-i-aret/ In any case, I think it is important that the salary is at a slightly higher level, both so that they will not be poached by bigger clubs in the first transfer window, but also to reflect the reality that they came from the top five leagues and are unlikely to play for peanuts, regardless of whether it is 5, 6, 7 or 10 million a year.
  11. This is not a direct error, rather something that has been miscommunicated. The construction year of Alfheim Stadion, the home ground of Tromso in Norway, is listed as 1987. It is true that Alfheim in its current form was opened in 1987-, and since then has been the club's official home ground. But Tromso has sporadically played matches at Alfheim throughout the post-war period, especially after 1967 when the football pitch was covered with grass. However, the stadium has gone through several construction phases. Here is a newspaper clipping that says the stadium will be opened in 1961; shorturl.at/hIMTZ Newspaper clipping from 1965 showing that Tromsø played matches at Alfheim; shorturl.at/nWZ18 shorturl.at/bvCNW shorturl.at/arEHJ At the time, however, the stadium was in municipal ownership, Tromso took ownership of the stadium in 1987 as can be seen from this newspaper clipping; shorturl.at/clrKP The current eastern long side dates from 1987, while the western long side was inaugurated in 2005 as can be seen here; shorturl.at/bqzC9 While the stand on the southern short-side was opened in 2011; shorturl.at/dxYZ3
  12. Hi, I would just like to comment on this. It is correct that both Patrick Berg and Marius Lode should have between NOK 7 and 10 million in annual salary. So it is correct that Lode has 135,000 a week (actually it could be somewhat higher), and as I said, Patrick Berg must also have it for the game to reflect reality. https://www.itromso.no/meninger/i/Kn3mb7/de-selvgode-rikingene-mot-fattige-til Several reputable journalists write about these high salaries, but most of the articles I found were behind a paywall. Attached above, however, is an open article by the sports editor of the newspaper "iTromso", Rune Robertsen, where he writes about the previously mentioned salaries

  14. In the current build of the game Patrick Berg, who was recently bought back to his boyhood-club from Ligue Un, is only listed with NOK1,59 million as his annual base-salary. This is a gross understatement, according to several credible journalists he earns between NOK 7 and 10 million a year.
