Cleon! Firstly, welcome back, great to have you back - definitely been a void in the FM community! 
 

One thing I would say I struggled with, but slowly working out, is how much to tweak tactic depending especially when you are playing stronger opposition. A change of formation or a change of roles (and PI)? 

[Training ratings]

A simple but useful tool would be to track a players training performance over a season by a graph and an average rating. 
 

I would also like to see average ratings for each of the weekly sessions.
