In my opinion, there is something to improve in the game, and that is that there are players who appear out of nowhere and are great footballers and others who promise from a young age and remain nothing. That in the game does not happen, players who promise from young tokens and you are almost never wrong and it is not at all realistic with what happens in reality. Brentford's player Ivan Toney comes to mind, I have never heard of him at all and I think he is a very top striker at 24 years old. As with toney, it happens with many players in different positions on the field. The solution I do not know if it would be to remove the potential level of the game or simply to make constant online updates seeing the performance of the players today. I think it is an issue that must be studied in depth and improved so that it resembles reality

Empiezo la segunda temporada con el Sporting de Gijon de España. llega el primer partido de liga contra el Atletico de Madrid ya que ascendi a primera division y me encuentro con que gano 4 a 0 contra un atletico de madrid lleno de jugadores que no son reales o supongo que seran de la cantera. Me fijo y es que no dejan inscribir a ningun jugador de la plantilla del atletico y asi sucede con todos los demas equipo de primera division. Aparte hay otro fallo donde no me deja subir los jugadores de mi filial directamente al primer equipo. Espero que lo arreglen porque es una situacion muy incomoda. Revisen esto no se si es problema solo de españa o pasa en todas las ligas. os pongo el segundo partido de liga como podeis ver es el año 2021.

alguien sabe donde se puede cambiar para que un club fiche jugadores de la misma region? por ejemplo el Athletic de bilbao solo ficha jugadores vascos, pues me gustaria poder cambiar que un club solo fiche jugadores de su misma region. gracias

En cuanto a lo que dados, si hay menos juveniles en esos equipos es porque hay menos información sobre ellos. Si quieres aportar información para que la incluyamos en el juego, adelante.
a quien y como le puedo dar informacion de varios juveniles?

The youth teams of the Spanish teams have very few players. And it does not reflect reality at all. There is a lot of difference between the youth of Barcelona, Madrid and Atletico de Madrid with respect to the others. You should review the statistics of the Second B players, they have very low levels and the reality is that. Pipo player from the alcorcon on loan to Cultural Leoneas has very very low attributes, when he is one of the best players in the category.

Hola, tras varios dias jugando a la beta, veo un problema serio en los juveniles de los equipos españoles. Quitando Barcelona, Madrid y Atletico de Madrid, los juveniles de los demas equipos vienen con muy pocos jugadores reales, ya que la mayoria de los equipos tienen sobre 19 o 18 jugadores en plantilla en la vida real, y en el juego no refleja la realidad ya que la mayoria traen sobre 5 o 6 jugadores de la realidad. Me gustaria que se ajustase mas ese tema para acercarse a la realidad y poder competir a nivel juveniles con otros clubes mas potentes. Y por ultimo un tema que veo desde hacer varios football manager, es que el nivel de los jugadores de la Segunda Division B española es muy malo en relacion a los jugadores de la Segunda Division. Y en la realidad no sucede asi ya que no hay mucha diferencia de nivel entre una categoria y otra, y me gustaria que ese tema se arreglase. Por lo demas el juego me encanta.

Disappear numbers for attributes

It would be interesting to remove the attributes from the game. In other words, be guided when signing by recommendations from your scouts or simply by big data. In the end, seeing numbers in the attributes is much easier to sign. It would be much more complicated to give importance to Big Data or for a scout to advise you saying this player stands out for his speed and his overflow on the wing. It would be a very interesting topic when applying it to FM 23
