Summary: Players waived prior to contract guarantee date still count against salary cap in any registrations after the initial MLS squad registration.

Description of Issue:  Waived players (who do not have contract guarantee clause) are counting against budget after initial registration. During the first registration of the season, any waived players are excluded from salary cap, but as soon as any re-registration needs to occur, these players have their salaries counted within the "Released Players Salary Cap Impact" section. As stated in the Adam Buksa screenshot, these contracts "will not impact the salary cap".

Steps to Reproduce: Waive players during first registration of MLS season. Budget will work properly. Then sign another player or trigger any item that requires updating MLS squad registration, and the bug will occur.

[In-game analytics not showing goal scored]

New England scored (New England CB easy goal on open net), but goal is not displayed in in-game analytics charts. You can see the score in the corner is 1-0, but XG match story doesn't show the goal and Shot Map says 0 goals.

Managing internationally (USA), the attached image does not function properly, showing a blank table rather than information about the games the players have been involved in.

Carles Gil (NE Revolution) has returned from injury in real life and has played in the team's latest fixtures, so believe his injury should not be appearing at start of MLS save in December 2020. Thanks!

At least prior to the season, MLS registration shows only being able to register 12 players. This is a bug as I don't believe there is any limit to the number of domestic players that can be registered in MLS.
