I continually have managers of the clubs where I loaned players from complaining to me that I am not playing the player in the agreed position. Its in absurd scenarios such as it was agreed a player would be played in central midfield as an advanced playmaker but I am actually playing them as a deep lying playmaker.
Surely the whole point of the roles is just to give a tactical framework for individual players. The way the loan system is working at the moment is like its publicly declared what "role" each player plays within a team which just isn't realistic. In real life if you loan a player from a club the style of football that the club is playing and that the player is getting regular minutes is far more important. Yes if you loan a midfielder and are playing them at right back that could be an issue but the "role" a player is playing would not even be known as its purely a method of giving players standard instructions for a style of play.
Feels horribly unrealistic and added to this I get the same managers every few weeks complaining about this I say they are playing a lot so whats the issue and then they respond saying I understand your position. And then 3 weeks later complain again!
Think this interaction needs to be looked at and tweaked as very unrealistic at the moment and miles away from what happens in real life.
This seems to have become more prominent after recent updates. I was also getting constant updates about my players who were out on loan been played outside a certain role.

Nothing new but I’m getting a bit annoyed by the runs of form that seem to go from one extreme to the other, I’ve played about 5 seasons now on 2 different saves and they always seem to go on winning/unbeaten runs for 7/8 games then go 7/or 8 without winning.

The saves broke now, didn’t work just reloading it.

I've had non-reversed fixtures for at least three seasons before, but I have none scheduled at the start of season seven. Fingers crossed it stays that way at start of season...
I have this bug now in my 5th season. Gutted, managed to keep my Wednesday team up by a point. I’ve quit to see if it sorts itself out when I reload the game.

I’m largely enjoying this edition but was wondering if there’s a way to limit the number of scouting reports that’s delivered to my inbox?
Had a slight annoyance last night, I got promoted with Wednesday in my third season and got off to a decent start in the EPL, was 4th after 6 or so games. Then had a real tough run of fixtures; Spurs, Chelsea, Man U and Liverpool. Beat Spurs away 1-0, lost 2-0 against Chelsea and 1-0 against United and battered 3-0 at Liverpool. Was getting a bit of stick about this run in the press and even recommended to hold a team meeting to boost morale. This seemed ridiculous been mid table and 8 points above the drop zone with the lowest wage bill by far.

Just been promoted in season 3 to the EPL and looked at my season 4 pl fixtures and thankfully they look good. It’s a save from Beta too.

One thing I’ve noticed tonight after I noticed that my under 23’s lose every week is that they play a goalkeeper outfield in every game and sub him off at half time.

I play for a standard not preset 4231 with a dlp support & BWM defend and seems to be ok. I know what you mean about the constant assistant messages of too much space, I just ignore him as doing ok in my league.
