Quick tip. If trying a new tactic half way through a season, schedule a few friendly games so the team can adjust and learn new tactic.

I'm all in on this formation!
4th season with Dynamo Dresden and comfortably 2nd in Bundesliga after 12th place last season
I find it have better balance than 424 and allows for more controls
Watching the attacking SV charge forward is a joy to behold!!!

Just won Liga Portugal with the 4123, but couldn’t do anything in Europe so want more balance.

I find that you have to have a DM to challenge champs league teams this year, and the balance of 3 ST really helps get goals.
Positive mentality works a treat as well.
Also nice that I picked up Endrick in the 3rd season!!!

Loved Knap tactics since FM20, keep up amazing work

2nd season - really struggled in championship - expected to finish bottom but couldn't get any tactics working, so tweaked the 4231 went extremely urgent and goalie to kick over defence

Currently playing as Cambridge United in League One on FM22 Beta
Signed a few wonderkids on loan but can only start 5 in a game. So 6 from original team.
Predicted 22nd. Currently top after 30 games.
tried Paris 4231 and Argus 3412argus by far the better tactics, tweaked so similar team instructions as Paris tweaked to have 2x WCB and BPD.
might give 451 a go as looks like 4231 isn’t the OG this season

Line up looks great. Maybe too many new players, takes time to gel. Also I score a lot from corners so check you have them optimised

Aston Villa switched with 15 games to go finished 3rd. 2nd season fighting for the title and just beat Bayern 4-0 away in champs league!!!you will score so many goals!! And I’m still playing mainly original Villa starting 11.

A tip for all the people looking for help! (I was once one of you)
2 - Sort by POINTS TOTAL (click on column D and sort sheet Z > A)
3 - Try one of the tactics at the top that got Knap over 100 points - THEY ALL WORK A TREAT!!! I suggest picking a couple that fit your team, style, players
4 - STICK WITH IT! You team need to learn the tactic, and learn to play with each other, every season after trying a new tactic Oct - Nov are the toughest, but March - May you'll be flying!!!!
5 - Say thank you to KNAP! Amazing work every year!

I’m playing as Espanol in season 2 after promotion currently sat 3rd in la Liga with a pure team of young players all under 22!
im using preaching the blues and it’s amazing. Not just in game but I also love the fact you have all major positions available to sign and develop, great work as always Knap and community

Finished 90+ points in season 1 and 2, only for PSG To beat me, however season 3 I'm top by a mile!!!
Winning champs league is possible!
