    Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with my problem. Im on a save with Palermo (season 25/26, already on Serie A and 2nd 24 matches in to the season) and my scouting range is not going up. I still only can scout in Europe and I can’t for example scout in South America nor Africa. In previous FMs I knew there was an option to ask the board to improve the scouting range but I can’t seem to find it. Thanks in advance!

    Hey mate! It's a licensing issue not a bug, certain countries are difficult in this matter just like Brazil
