Unfortunately this is rated 85% positive on steam and one of its best sellers. We won't get change next year or the year after. Si will happily make mediocre updates year on year because it sells anyway and has no competition. Football manager is doomed like FIFA, no competition and enough people will buy it every year regardless, you just have to look at this thread and the beta to see that people end up caving and buying it. It's disappointing because from 2005 to about 2014, I loved this game, then it became less a game and more a frustrating job that I put up with. Last one I bought was fm21 and played that for about 5 hours.

How do I remove these stats during highlights, its the same using the official skin. tablet icon doesn't remove them either. Is it a bug?.

Noticed this as well, players take forever to go up one stat, then one month later it's dropped again. Developing youth used to be enjoyable, but like everything else in this game it's now a chore!. It's a shame I gave FM 2023 a download on the game pass and I'm enjoying it, but small things make me miss fm2006,07,08,12,13, I actually bought them. This is one of these things were they have tried to make it more realistic (or less gamey) so you can't develop a lot of youngsters, like the change to be able to sign loads of 16 year olds for low cost. The problem is people found that fun so why remove it?, Games are meant to be fun!.

This, it's lazy. It's a shame, Football manager used to be my favourite game. Instead of improving graphics making the AI more sensible they have just added bloat. Now they have removed touch I can't be bothered playing it.

I'm betting the only headline feature of FM 24 will be woman's football, which is basically the same. Sure another will be something with a new lick of paint classed as a headline feature. FM is now a stale game, if it had proper competition it would be dead.

How out of touch are you?. You're forgetting rent is average 600 a month, then bills, food, 1500 is nothing a month. You sound like a Tory. I built myself a gaming PC, but know I'm lucky to be able to afford it. Not everyone has that luxury.

You are basically paying £32 for a database update now though....
