Just started my first save in FM24. Negotiating a contract with a free agent who was on trial. Agents personality is very impatient.
First screenshot is the initial offer proposed by the agent. From there, if I make any alteration to the proposed contract - in this situation dropping the promotion wage rise clause from 35% to 30% - then every single money-based demand lifted by 38-40% (see the second screenshot).
Maybe this is a weird/rare situation, but that seems completely illogical and/or broken? An agent lifting demands because they're impatient seems realistic, but to lift everything by that margin for any tiny change doesn't.
The assignment is definitely set to only the Premier League and not England, yet the only players being scouteed aren't even in the Premier League.
