As mentioned in the topic it turned out that unticking 'Visit News Screen Automatically' reduced number of game pauses. I have to admit that I'm a person that looks for many option before making submission but I never ever hear of this option before.

Maybe you can make a change like for example, when user ticks "increase duration of processing...' it overrides or just untick automatically this 'Visit News...' option on default.

As said I did not make a major check if this 'Visit news...' option but on a period of like 1 week number of pauses was reduced significantly, from said 8 pauses to 2 where one was training schedules reminder - but this is also really bad to be honest because it stopped the game while literally whole team was on holiday so there was no training regimes - and the second pause came with end of season screen so I didn't proceed further to not override save file.

It just occurs within regular games. I tried to speed up things and holiday whole season in a new save to get more games but when holidaying I didn't get that situations but maybe it was due to tactic being more into 'work in to the box' rather than 'shoot more often'.

In general to speed up looking for those shots I do this:

1. Browse through fixtures to see match report

2. We see there was a woodwork so we go to the analytical data (requires analytics in the club). We wait for the report to be generated.

3. We go to the 'Teams' tab, select 'Shots' and then hide everything except 'Hit woodwork' and select 'Both' teams.

4. We select the player and rewatch the situation

I wrote that just to share my method of bringing back those situations from my current save but you probably know how to do that.

It speeds up searching a little bit. From my observation we're looking for shots to the crossbar from tight angles, most possible from inside forwards.

 

All those situations that I've got came from 2 seasons only (but played legitimate way - no quick match or anything). I'll probably play through another season this week so if I encounter any additional shots like that I'll post them here as usual.

Just out of curiosity do you even consider those shots behaviour 'unexpected' (for those already provided) or everything is as it should and I am just 'this guy' that is being picky?

Also I've noticed that if I won't make a shout during that pause there is no need for confirmation to change the tactic. It works as (I suppose) it should.
