[Error in Nation rules leagues]

Hello fellow Managers and Editors

Any idea how to fix this, I've been tweaking some lower league databases and constantly run in to the following error (same type of error for Scottish leagues as well).

Any idea of how to fix this? No errors on basic rules, but when as soon as I convert to advanced rules I get this errror when testing.
