[How do I convince players to nationalize for my country]

Hey.

I'm having a safe as the national coach for Ivory Coast.
 

There is quite a lot of players who are not willing to play for me even though they are on my searching list for players who are willing to play for me. Is this because my assistant coach is bad at judging who want to play for me or is there a way where I can convince these players to play for me?

[Can't register C team players]

I'm managing Athletic Bilbao and i have a problem regarding registering my C team players.

I can only register 3 of the players in the squad, the rest it says "unavailable because they are registered on the first team" but they are not registered on the first team. 

It's not a problem on the B team only the C team and it's my second season at the club and in the first season there wasn't any problems.

Anyone who knows what's wrong, if I'm doing anything wrong etc.?
