I have got similar problem....I manage Man Utd and when I search younger players e.g. under 19, despite having scouting knowledge of 41% of world and paying for the biggest scouting package, the results are mainly from GB, Turkey, South America, but almost none from Germany, France, Spain and all the other nations

the save is called search
