    Either way, the game still cheats you on value. You only need to compare your players to players of other teams with similar ability, age, contract length, to see the game is cheating. And a player worth 50 million gets upset, after signing a contract with a release clause, when some average team offers 10m for them and its rejected. Its a pretty cheap way to add challenge to the game.
