Does Anyone Play A 4-4-2?

I'm playing 442 (DM) and my 2 strikers don't press at all once the ball gets past the defence. Their player will just run past my whole team and score a go. Nobody bothers to press. Anyone faced this issue?

I tried this tactic with Chelsea. I understand you need the right players but I always see the opponent able to dribble through my midfield easily. My midfield won't press at all. My midfield 3 is enzo, caicedo and Gallagher. Not sure if you see it in your games. Also, will it work if I don't do the assymetry for the front 3?
