  1. The thing is hes gotta be massive, 6'6 type, +15 strength and jumping (depending on the league). My TF nets +40 a season, header after header, even when we don't deserve to win I can count on him scoring a header just by being a giant mfer. Physical attributes are too OP in FM, they overcompensate for lack of other attributes.
  2. my balanced 433, i dont do much adjustments outside of tempo, passing length, width every once in a while depending on the game.
  3. managed to snag a 38 yr old messi on a free transfer for probably his last season. problem is we're a 442 counter attacking side... side note: this signing has also messed up our wage structure with messi eating up 100k of our wage budget, now everyone wants a raise lol
  4. my current low block iteration [requires ice cold nerves]. soak up pressure. stay compact. restrict space. force them to either take the longshot or go out wide. cross aim target man and cross more on all 4 wide players. mark tighter on both strikers and wingers. close down more on both wingers. when holding on to a late lead - switch AF to PF/s, FB/s, waste time, more disciplined, slow pace down, hold shape high work rate players a good shot stopper keeper as you're going to be conceding a lot of long shots pacey dribbly advanced forwards are OP train set pieces all day everyday required: STRONG target man. he'll be getting on the end of A LOT of aerial duels a good set piece taker set piece routine aimed at the target man. with all 3 ingredients combined we currently have 15 set piece goals in 19 games CBs with aerial prowess to deal with all the crosses due teams playing out wide against your narrow low block (strong LB/RB to defend far post crosses but not that necessary) OI .44 goals conceded from a .86 xGa results so far this season highlight of the season so far - pulling an FM against the superior (for now) RB Salzburg
