Hi guys, i want to change some rules in the latvian league.. but i cant switch to advanced rules because latvia is listet as "Other Countries". Its weird because latvia and the league rules are in the game. is there any solution or is it a bug?

You need to chill, they dont have to do an open beta so be happy about it, when the bugs still there by release you can still hate.

I mean, its for all Players bad when their youth players dont develop like they should develop. So i think they will do there best to solve that problem.
