[Can't Join Online Game]

First of all I apologize if My thread is in the wrong place. Because in the thread category, the Football Manager Previous Version category can't be clicked.

 

My problem is can't join online game. By the way, I use OS Windows 10 and I use Football Manager 2020 in account Epic Games.

I have done the method given by Support Sega in this link (under the sentence), but I still can't join (online game, either join to my friend's server or create server).
