we have a new issue. at least "i" have.
when i clich "launch" on fm 21 editor, it shows up on status bar, my screen trying to start something in full screen mode, it's turning fully black and one second later steam says it's running but it disappers from status bar.
my windows is up to date.
it should be a directx related issue but it's up to date also. still trying to find a solution.
guys, anyone knows which code should i add to run it windowed mode?0 -

Your Download Region might be what's factored into the propagation. Mine for example is set to UK - Manchester and I have it (yes I am staff, but I am on my own private machine right now).
I would recommend restarting Steam if you change this.my download region was "Turkey - Izmir" and changed it to "UK - Manchester" and "UK - London" but it's still not available on "tools" list.

Mind you, the in-game editor is now showing as a purchase option in Steam when it wasn't an hour ago so that could be a good sign.

It has been released and should be there, but we did have an instance once whereby certain keys from a certain region didn't have the editor unlocked - if we can narrow this down we may be able to find a cause for this.
Either that, or it's just being slow to populate through Steam, which does sometimes happen when it's very busy as it is now.
i've purchased the game from steam. my location is turkey. still there's not editor or ra.

yes. i've already deleted my beta save and need to change silly foreign rule of turkish leagues to start a new game... after many restarts of steam, it's still not visible...

it worked after running as admin from installation folder. finally i'm gonna start my new save after deleting the one from beta.
