[Major Changes for FM22 Touch and Beyond Blog]

I am just asking the questions as I don’t understand some of this. 
I played touch on my iPad which obviously isn’t happening this year. 
Am I able to get the Xbox version through tablet without a monthly fee?

am I able to play the full game through steam on a tablet?

at the moment I cannot see how I can play the new version without buying a laptop or paying a monthly fee?

can anyone explain to a layman?

[Football Manager 2022 – Debuts November 9th]

I am a bit hopeless with things. I always bought touch on the Apple store. Obviously that can’t happen for FM22. Am I able to play Football Manager through steam on a tablet? Also the streamlined version through the Xbox cloud thing, do 8 have to subscribe or can I buy the game outright through it on my tablet?
