Similar to Xbox you can't import graphics via Apple Arcade.

The reason behind this is Xbox Play Anywhere. This allows users to seamlessly play across all their devices. This is why all saved games are cloud based. Therefore, it isn't possible to upload custom files. This is the same for Apple Arcade too. That's okay - I'm glad you found the answer.

It's challenging to find a nice balance. Some players love the fast and snackable FMM gameplay and don't want us to change that, yet others would love for the Mobile title to be more in-depth and time consuming like the PC/Mac version. As a studio we try our best to offer everyone a version of Football Manager which works for them. I personally believe the FMM development team do a wonderful job in striking that balance between giving you a fast and snackable version of the game, yet it's still challenging and has enough depth to keep you on your toes. I'm excited for you all to hear what the team have been working on for the next instalment of FMM.

Hello again - I responded to your other thread but I'll say the same here for future reference. Unfortunately, this isn't something we currently support in-game. We do have a dedicated online career mode where you can invite your friends to play with you over an internet connection. I remember taking turns with my friends all those years ago too. Brings back some good memories.
