I'm seven or so years on, a club legend at Schalke, and want to build a new stadium. However, whenever I ask, the club say they're worried about insufficient attendance. So I checked, and in the league we're selling out every game, but in the champions league are averaging 20,000 less. Puzzled, I did some digging, and apparently it's an issue with the terraced stand; that standing isn't allowed in the champions league? Anyway, my question, does the board factor this in, or, to them, will it always seem like there's a problem selling enough tickets, and they won't ever say yes to a new stadium? Thanks.
