You can check the benchmarking thread.
I'd put it right around the equivalent of the 8750h or the 9750h. Just my opinion.
M1 is faster.
It's completely up to you if you want to justify the extra cash.
The zenbook is more than capable. You can upgrade the RAM and the SSD later on.
You cannot do that with a Mac.Thanks I have never used a Mac OS can you do the kits face packs ect still that’s only thing bothering me about making the jump to Mac OS is getting used to it and maybe hating it lol

As I say - it's better.
If you're happy to increase your budget by 150% for it then go for it.
You're the only one that can decide if it's worth it.
Thanks sorry to be pain would I notice much difference as all it for is fm and light browsing maybe Netflix but mainly fm I have the zenbook here now but if open I can’t send back so just want to weigh up options is the zenbook capable enough for fm for next few releases would u assume thanks again

Just to advise that this has 512gb storage.
The Macbook Air 13 inch M1 with 512gb is £1250
You get a lot less storage of 256gb with the Macbook Air M1 for £999 - (not £929)
For 13 inch laptops - the Macbook Air is one of the better arounds for the price - but the one under 1K has not got a lot of storgage.
If you're happy with spending an extra £350 and getting less storage then go for it.
In terms of the performance - see my post a few up from here - the M1 chip is slightly better - but I suppose you are paying £350 more for it.
So it's no surprise.
Thanks for your time the M1 is on offer at 929 atm how would the zenbook perform with fm in your opinion what I listed further up thanks again
