Germany World Cup Squad doesn't include real players

No German national team licence so players are replaced with fakes - this has been the case for years. -
In my save it seems that the Chelsea manager, regardless of who it is, gets sacked very easily and is repeatedly replaced by John Terry as caretaker manager. I've played 3 seasons and they've had Potter, Zidane, Deschamps, Conceicao, Terry (twice as caretaker) and Neil Bath once as caretaker. I know they are impatient with managers but it seems a bit excessive.

When changing either the squad or tactics view it constantly changes both at the same time. I want two very different sets of information when looking at my overall squad view compared to the tactics. Sick of changing one and having the other change at the same time. I couldn't care less what the transfer value of my players are when I'm selecting the team but it would be nice for it to stay there on the squad view. This has been an issue for years. It seems to depend on the order you set them whether they both change or one changes. Is it really that hard to implement a system where it is easier to set them independently?
