    This is true! Other clubs can or will not scout outside San Marino and Italy before they get to 3,5 star reputation. And to give you an idea... I'm in 2056 now and Tre Penne just got to that 3,5 star rep. You can give them some money to help them get professional but is is unnecessary to give them like €50 million or so. They wil spend it to players that are not good enough for those wages. Get young players in and loan them out to the other clubs. That is the way to improve them

    I believe the penalties are a reputation thing. Clubs with higher reputation get penalties way more often. I also noticed in the league. As Folgore I got a lot of penalties. It look like the match engine can not comprehend the big difference. One season I had like 30 penalties in the Sanmarinese competition, that is mental

    @TheNapalmNerd No, not at all. I had one player with 154 PA where his sealing was 132 CA. And I have one striker now with 163PA and 133CA (23 years old) Reputation grows really slow, it is really annoying. That's why I said that you are in for a long game. Especially with the other teams doing absolutely nothing the first like 15/20 seasons. Try to get the 15th spot on the coefficients as quick as possible. After that it is really starting to pick up

Mine was very slow, in season 5 I played in the Conference League groupstage for the first time but in the end it all worked out Good luck!

    @foolsgold It can come very far if you play long enough This was my old save in FM 22. I started a new one with Folgore Falciano (also in FM 22). In 2042 I'm 17th now on the coefficients. Also reached the semi final of the CL two years in a row now and the season before that lost the EL final

    @jerzy Can you see your youth rating in the editor? I got mine up to 50 with my Folgore save where I got to 2071 before I quit that save. Had a minimum of 3 teams in Europe and sometimes 4 without managing the other teams en got the youth rating to 50. Maybe it has to do with this in combination with the Sanmarinese teams in Europa. I never could figure out what triggered the Youth rating increase

    This is FM 22 but here also this is my old file, I started new 2 months ago. In my save the play-offs is the number 1 to 12. Yes I can win everything in the League en still not be champions. The last seasons here there was a clear top 5 so almost every time the same clubs in Europe
