information I forgot
the club Club Deportivo San José, better known as San José de Oruro ID 120065, a traditional Bolivian club from the city of Oruro has returned to activity, the club had been reported as extinct due to financial problems but the club has recently returned to activity after resolving the pending issues through a new patron, so it should be reactivated in DB.
the club should not be confused with GV San Jose which was considered a successor but they are different clubs. both should be in DB.

I realise that's a bit of a cop out answer, but it's the most I can disclose I'm afraid!
I understand Kyle, anyway I hope very much that it will come in the next version, which even if not announced I am confident it will be released.
I do not know if this helps, but a few days ago Concacaf said more details of their competitions, the main one was renamed CONCACAF Champions Cup in addition to other competitions forming the new ecosystem of 5 competitions from 2023.

Yes fortunately Vancouver has been added, the waiting time was disheartening but all good thanks for the reply, it is not the topic here but I leave a special request about concacaf competitions that may come updated on FM 24, thank you very much.

I'm really sorry to say, but it's unlikely that the new format will make the cut-off for FM23. It's not down to any preference or prioritising Europe, it's simply the scale of the changes and the length of time it'll take to adequately test and implement. We don't want to release it into the game unless we're confident it's working as intended.
I know it's not the answer you'll be looking for, but felt it would be best rather than getting your hopes up with each content update we release.

I already believed that it would not come in FM 23, but at least there was an update, I sincerely hope that we will have changes for FM 24, because it has been a while that the concacaf competitions are late in the game, I will be in the crowd.

It really is discouraging, being a problem for some time and never solved, and it doesn't seem to be a difficult problem to solve being that there are 3 licensed continental leagues and they don't pay attention to continental competitions, sad.

Will this one day be corrected? For some FM this and reported here on the forum the wrong format and lack of competitions in North America, and never fixed, would be gratifying if the next patch came the announced changes.
