In reality, no one would resist a transfer of 200% of the player's value in the market in the winter window, and I would agree with this valuation. However, amounts of 600 or 1000% of the value are not realistic.

Ok, I understand that the price is rising because the club doesn't want to get rid of the player during the season, but these changes are too big, unrealistic in many cases. An extreme case that happened to me in 1 of the saves was Jonas Wind from FC kopenhagen valued at over 150 million €!

I agree with that. The full match shows a much deeper picture of the whole than even the extended shortcuts. There are moves that often do not appear in the highlights at all. But should it be so? This may also indicate a far from ideal balance. Besides, hardly anyone has enough time to watch such matches and therefore cannot fully enjoy the game.
As for inverted wingers - cutting to the center of the pitch occurs, but still too rare. Certainly it works better with the appropriate Player Trait.

I am asking how, within 3-4 months, the player's value can increase 6 times and sometimes even more? At the beginning of the game, such a Sinisterra is worth 10-15 million €. It is December of the same year and the scout and the agent claim that the club is ready to sell it for a minimum of 60 million € .... There are many more or less extreme examples of this kind. Is something I don't understand or is it just broken?

Far too many goals are scored in the first minute of the match. This applies both to matches simulated quickly and with full details. This is not the first edition with this issue, it would be appropriate to do something about it.

Great skin, congratulations.
I rarely install this type of add-ons, but I was tempted;) I like the size of the photos in the profiles of players the most, but not only.
Feedback from me:
- I miss the role of a player in team on the overview screen (star, substitute, etc.)
- I would change the manager's statistics in the staff's pop-ups (there are probably plans by default) to something universal because, apart from managers, this statistic is useless.Sorry for my English.

Have you ever thought about making transfers with a specific date so that the game reflects the real time as possible? I know that others don't do it either, but still, I would like to ask what do you think? Too much work? I would honestly like this version the most.
The second point I would like to mention is contracts. From what I can see, FMTU probably doesn't take into account their amount. I am from Poland and I am very interested in the issue of Paulo Sousa, who left the national team due to his salary in Flamengo. To my knowledge, that is over € 100,000 per month. In contrast, in the game, I see a contract of around € 20,000. It's kind of crap but it offends me a bit. I can also see that the transfer amount in the case of players is not edited by you (FMTU), it is empty, e.g. in the case of Ferran Torres. These are the things that I miss the most. Besides, great job. Sorry for my English.

Likewise, an assistant cannot be assigned to the manager of the youth team in tactics tab.
Everything works on old saves, but when something changes, you can't go back to the original selection.

I noticed in 2 of my saves that the goal scorers in the Bundesliga are distinguished by the number of goals compared to other leagues. Playing Leverkusen, after 23 games Haaland has 30 goals, Lewandowski 26. In other leagues it is a maximum of 17 goals at this moment. The difference is a bit too big. Have you noticed anything similar?
I suspect the full detail of the German league may have an impact.

This is not a bug. It's just that this overall report (in inbox) shows the average of 2 ratings - analyst and scout. Same as in the overview tab.
This was also the case in previous FM editions.

The overall rating takes into account the analyst's judgment. These better ratings are only the scout ratings.
P.S. In my case, these analysts' reports are generally bugged and an wrong person is responsible for them.

In the Individual Training menu, there is something like a Coach Report next to the Attributes tab. When does something appear there? I always have it empty.

I noticed a bug when agent window (in contract negotiation) pops up (after hovering over the cursor). It is then too large and does not fit the text.
The skin itself is excellent, I would only add the player status in the club in the profile and it would be nice if the pop-up of the training staff was customized.
