  1. We recently finished the 10th season of the league with a Cup Final between Tokyo S.C. and Reykjavik United and our 11th season has just kicked off last weekend. As always you can join in at anytime!
  2. We recently completed the second week of the season with the third matchday of Division 2 and fourth matchday of Division 1. The current standings.
  3. The Simulation Soccer League (SSL) is an attempt at bringing the Be-A-Pro style of football games to Football Manager that is currently in its 10th season. The league runs continuously and new players can join in at any time starting off in the SSL Academy with their player for one season (1-2 months). Through different ways of developing your player you will then join in the SSL promotion/relegation system with more than 150 other players created by other individuals from all around the world. Each season lasts for 9 weeks and teams play both league and cup games during this time. Games are simulated by the organizers on Football Manager 2022 and shown on Youtube 6 times times a week (ca 3 per division) with live commentators telling the story of the fight for trophies. When creating a player, through a specialized Player Builder Tool, you are given a set number of points used to distribute your attributes (only two fixed attributes exist currently, Natural Fitness and Stamina both at 20). Attributes have a minimum value of 5, except the two fixed ones. All hidden attributes are fixed at set values for all players and cannot be altered. During a player's career they are given opportunities to earn more points that can be used for updating the attributes and developing into a world class star. Examples of these types of tasks are posting in a forum thread indicating you are active, predicting the results of specific games each week, or writing a post about your player detailing their career. Everything is organized through a dedicated forum (for keeping track of players, teams, and player development) and there is an Index application (created with R and Shiny) that keeps track and shows all the statistics from the games, players, and teams. Attached is a Rulebook covering the league in its entirety (including information about additional forms of participation in the league such as the roles of tactician or team manager). It is not mandatory for a user to own FM22 to participate. If anyone wants to join in, please email simulationsoccerleague+signup@gmail.com to get more information and relevant links needed to sign up. If you have any questions about the process or league, don't hesitate to send me a PM or reply to this post! I hope to hear from you! /Canadice SSL Commissioner SSL Rulebook v2.1.pdf
  4. Late reply to my own post, but the issue was just an error somewhere in the creation of the non-players. Recreating them did the trick!
  5. For some reason the export/print function only prints data that "it has seen", so a quick fix for this is to scroll through the entire list you want to export from start to finish. Make sure to allow all rows to be seen. I tend to use the mouse wheel to not make the scrolling go too fast.
  6. Thank you for the suggestions. I've also run into the same issue as @Orange2000, there are no retailers that sell for activation in the US or Canada. As I'm looking to purchase from reputable sources, it would be great if there actually was one that offered it for other places than the UK.
  7. I am using FM22 in an online group of friends. We were looking at adding some new players in later seasons, but we're really having trouble finding anywhere to buy new copies of FM22 for them. Does anyone know if/where you can buy an earlier version?
  8. Thank you very much! I was too scared to test that but if it works, then definitely worth the additional troubleshooting for other aspects that could most likely be fixed.
  9. Using the 22.4.0 Database the attached file is the Editor data. File with three competitions.fmf
  10. I have created a nation with two divisions that verify and run without any issues. Next I want to add on a domestic Cup with a group stage and knockout. I think everything is set up properly within the advanced rules but when I'm testing the competition, only the two divisions run for the testing period. The test results of the cup is only Year 0 with nothing actually being tested. I can't figure out what the issue is as I get no feedback from the editor. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Files and screenshots can be given upon request.
