I switched to the 4-1-2-3 final tactic for this season and my team, victorious in the League Cup and with a 6th place finish under their belt I was hoping to snatch a Champions League place.

Last season I used the GCS wizard tactic and finished a respectable 10th in my first season in the Premier League. Since the start of this season I've been using the latest 10.3 final classic tactic and am sitting pretty in 3rd after 11 wins despite having a team full of young regens

Does anyone understand what i mean lol,,,its frustarting cus i cant put it into words

The button to switch between basic/advanced is only available in tactics using the wizard, i.e. the new tactic function in FM10. It's not available in classic as that doesn't have player roles.

End of my first season using the wizard tactic, with the occasional tweak and sometimes using a 4-1-3-2 with wingers that I adapted from Mr. Hough's tactic when injuries/suspensions dictated that I needed to utilise wingers.

I didn't use the corner bug/exploit/cheat/hack/tactic, although quite a few goals came from my centre backs attacking the far post from deep.

Unrealistic it might be but I love this tactic, great fun! Thanks for your hard work Mr. Hough.

I like this tactic.

It's taken a while to find the right players for the right positions but I've had some great results and am currently sitting in 1st in League One with 14 games of the season left, despite a media prediction of 15th.
