It seems that as an international manager you may be approached at club level and they'll give you the option in the interview to continue managing both or solely manage the club side, however when you are a club manager I've noticed I only get offered international jobs with an accept or reject, which means potentially taking on the new job and having to manually resign from the club. For realism and continuity of biographies and such, I think it would be great if when offered national team jobs you were invited to an interview process that could then determine if you manage both clubs going forward or just the new job you've been offered.
