I am having a very strange issue with the database when I add it to my game. I cant seem to offer any player a contract EXCEPT for a pay as you play option. I have tried in several different leagues varying from tier 10 - 7 and the option to offer a part time contract isnt there. I am importing something incorrectly? Currently makes the game unplayable as I cant keep hold of any players!

Personally, I would love to more essential staff requirements added. kit management team. Better staff could affect players mood going into a game as more is prepared for them. Increase morale of players depending on the kit managers attributes as they are well known to be a key source of morale. player liaison / player care staff - better staff help players to settle quicker, especially in new countries. would also love to see the addition of match preparation options. Introduce a travel budget to manage how you travel to a game to fit with budget, but affect preparation levels. Deciding what prep for a home game looks like to give you a chance to adjust this if things aren’t going well, or if away form is better than home form. just some ideas, but might not be for everyone! Love the game and will be applying to assist with research going forwards 👍
