[FM 22 with FM 23 Datebase ? Can someone help ?]

Hello ! I want to ask can I download from somewhere the latest fm 23 database for FM 22. I want to have not only the latest transfers, staff changes etc.... , but I want my player rating stats in FM 22 to be the same like FM 23. I have tried some, but there were pretty big difference in player rating stats :(( I want to start a new journey, but I will like to be with the latest updates, wonderkids and etc...

Does anyone have some info about the perfomance I will get with this laptop and is it the best for the budget for me. In my country this laptop goes around 650-700$ which is my $ limit.
