Since retaining transfer history for all clubs throughout the seasons is not easy to implement due to memory constraints, a suggestion is to retain the transfer history just for the player's own club. This way, the progression of the club would be clearer in terms of players in/out, and thus the contribution of the player towards transforming it into a better team.
