I've been wanting this feature since FM21 and yet we haven't gotten it, Youth Camps, like in FIFA manager? There's so many more places which are available in FM23 and could be available in FM24 so it would be fun to have youth camps which if the scouts deem a player from a camp good enough, they'll give us a recommendation to sign them for the U19's, B Team, etc.
It would add a lot more customization to the game and a lot more creative ideas to the game by adding this, the potential of this feature is pretty big, imagine having youth camps all over the world and then using those youth camp players to help you succeed in your decided save, it'd be pretty fun.
Though, it's just a suggestion for now, I'm sure SI have a lot more things to think about, thanks anyways.
