Interestingly the jobs did post, but the news items of the post never populated, nor where the roles greyed out after posting, perhaps that is where the confusion is

Absolutely no offence meant, just sharing the success I had in the same league. Absolutely the most important thing is to have fun. I agree with you though, 442 is a more difficult to get success with in recent iterations due to the evolution of tactics over the last decade in particular. In the lower leagues I don't worry so much about not conceding as the defenders are rarely that good, so try to bully and outscore my opponents. In this save I'm using a 5-2-3, with wingbacks and a forward line of 2 targetmen and a poacher. Not sure how that is going to do next season in the higher league.

Well the season is finished and I don't think I've had such a start to a career in the 25+ years I've been playing CM/FM Defeated only once after taking over on October 16th I went on a 11 game winning streak after the winter break. Ended up being in a shout with the title going into the last day but needed results to my way to make the dream a reality. It wasn't to be but we find ourselves promoted nonetheless. Our success was down in no small part to the form of Svetoslav Dikov's 35 goals in 32 games.

I've also started a career in Bulgaria, as part of a Balkan journeyman, started unemployed, with no badges or experience. Got the Sportist Svoge job about 9 games in, and they were sitting third from bottom, and it's going far better than expected, as I head down the final stretch of games, I sit third, and in a good position of holding onto the promotion playoff spot. Automatic promotion is probably just beyond reach, but since taking over I've lost once in the league and am on an incredible winning streak since returning from the winter break. We have no money either so I'm looking like losing many of my first team, including Svetoslav "Paul" Dikov the league's top scorer with 28 goals as he agreed a contract with a top division club. But I've secured some youngsters for next season, and if I get promoted, I may have more options. Will post some screenshots when I get back to it later tonight or tomorrow.

Anyone know where I can find a complete list of all the leagues playable in FM23 not just the top divisions, but lower ones also

Milan, Villa, Kaiserslautern, and Scotland somewhere.
