Theres zero difference in the training from 22 to 23. Still getting results using the 4 selections above. Don't think it's something they properly looked at for this release. -
I wasn't having a dig at you at all btw. I think you do some great work adding alot of realism to the game. Just a strange bug that they can't seem to properly fix.

That's what I mean. The top nations that the vast majority play in have issues with young player development and reputation. If it's something that can be fixed by your editor file then surely it should've been sorted for full release?

Aren't the "some top nations" the nations that are played by the vast majority of customers?

Issues with Recruitment Focus

They've made it far more complicated than it needs to be. Got some slight success so far by setting the formation to any, position to any, CA at 1 star and PA to 3 stars, select the scout, select the same nation/nations as the scout has knowledge in, then set to ongoing. Making the settings anything but this will turn up blanks everytime for me. Edit - forgot to add select Transfers and Loans, not just one or the other.
