Managed to fix this myself: Preferences > Interface > Show pictures of player (and staff) who have been generated by the game -

iCWL posted an issue in User Interface (Closed For New Issues)
My manager 3D generated model face / head does not appear in game - this includes in news items, on the manager profile or on he club page. What does show is the default silhouette image for people who don't have a face in game. When on the manager profile, I click the pencil button to edit my profile and my appearance on this screen is as I set it. I then save that AGAIN and it still doesn't appear in game. Any ideas?
