    Solution: press left arrow one or time. This go back to last screen. Then, undo changes and do it again.

    Hello, i have a problem currently playing a match in Football Manager 24. I'm playing a match, at minute 75 I put Tactics to make changes (lost 0-1 away playing with Freiburg), while I prepare the changes, i don't usually pay attention to the details of the match, so I confirmed the changes and then I come to It says that they sent me off to the forward (direct red). Of course, I clicked Confirm changes, but I didn't see the expulsion. I'm on the 2d match screen (I prefer it that way, I'm old lol) and I have no way to go back to tactics. Is there a key combination? I have pressed the game to continue, but it does not progress due to the expulsion nor does it take me to the changes screen. What can I do besides close the game?
