Dunnylad posted an issue in Gameplay

If a player gets booked in the first half. Once the game reaches half time and you touch the Tactics button the yellow card does not show in the Tactics Screen. If you touch Continue and then go back to Tactics (i.e. before the second half begins) any yellow card is now showing in the Tactics screen.

The issue seems to be if you have the HD version switched on - having the old fashioned non-HD version (which I prefer) you cannot offer support staff contracts but you can in HD mode
